When you are visiting our website or when you are making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them you may not use this website.

PRESENTATION OF OUR PRODUCTS

We have taken great care to ensure that the products on our website are presented as accurately as possible. However, colour clarity will depend upon your own personal monitor and we therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual product is absolutely accurate. Before placing an order please read through these Terms.

NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS

All pieces displayed on our website are produced to your order, therefore we cannot offer you refunds or accept returns. Please pay attention to our size guide and do not hesitate to contact us before ordering if your measurements are different from those in our size table as we may be able to alter patterns to fit your measurements.

If you have ordered a wrong item and contact us within 24 hours from your order, we may offer you an exchange.

If you find that a piece delivered to you has been damaged or has defects, please contact us immediately.

Laser cut garments can slightly fray naturally over time. This fraying can be minimised if you avoid wearing bags/accessories which may excessively catch on your garment. Gentle hand washing or dry cleaning is the best way to care for your garments.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability of the materials. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge and notify you that your order was cancelled. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

· The materials for the product ordered being unavailable

· Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment

· The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

· If we suspect any fraudulent activity

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.

Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Prices do not include delivery costs which are calculated at checkout.

We will keep you updated by email about a status of your order.

PAYMENT TERMS

We use Stripe for payments, analytics, and other business services.  Stripe may collect personal data including via cookies and similar technologies.  The personal data Stripe collects may include transactional data and identifying information about devices that connect to its services. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS

When placing your order you will provide us with a telephone number and email address which we, or our delivery partners, need to be able to communicate with you. We will use these contact details to notify you of the progress of the order or to discuss any matters regarding your enquiries. We abide by GDPR laws currently in force.

DELIVERY TERMS

At the moment we are delivering the orders to the addresses in the UK only. When your order is ready for shipment, we will notify you by email about the delivery timeframe and our delivery partner. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays by the delivery service provider.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
