RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Overview 

We want you to love your new 3D-printed bag. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.

Returns 

EU customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, without giving any reason. At Karina Bond, we extend this to a 30-day return window for all customers worldwide.

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it and the security tag  remains untampered with;
  • In its original packaging.

Please note: made-to-order and bespoke pieces are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal, as they are manufactured to your personal specifications. This exemption will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase for any made-to-order items.

How to start a return 

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@karinabond.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. For non-fault returns, we refund the purchase price of the returned item and any prepaid import duties/taxes collected at checkout. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at sales@karinabond.com.

Return Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not accept packages returned by the C.O.D. (cash on delivery) service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
