Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

European Orders — Duties & Import Taxes

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) countries:Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland — duties (if any introduced) and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional charges will be due on delivery.

All other European countries: Import duties and taxes may be assessed by your local customs authority upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

US Orders - Import Duties

We use Royal Mail Tracked International PDDP services to deliver products to our US-based customers. This service allows us to charge estimated US import duties (including Section 122 duties) at the checkout. Any overpaid US import duties will be refunded within 45 days after delivery. 

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. Please contact us at sales@karinabond.com if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe.
